- The La Venise Provençale wine-making cooperative :
AOC côteaux d'Aix en Provence, rosé, red and white, vin de pays (lower grade than AOC), local natural fruit juices and olive oils.
The main grape varieties used are: grenache, syrah, cinsault, carignan, clairette.
- Le Mas Blanc :
AOC côteaux d'Aix en Provence, rosé, red and white, also rosé, red and white table wine and olive oil.
Think about visiting the Fête de la Vigne et du Vin (Vineyards and Wine Festival) in May every year.

- Our poutargue, the " caviar" from Martigues: mullet (or grey mullet) egg pouches, dried and salted, to be eaten at aperitif time or cooked, finely grated over pasta or with a risotto.
- Our mêlets : this is a very spicy mixture of small anchovies and fennel seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Our bourride (Provençal fish soup) : 3 types of white fish served in a cooking pot in a mixture of " fumet" (fish gravy, roughly) and aioli (garlic mayonnaise).

Our Perles de l'Etang : invented in 1965 by the Favier cake and pastry shop, these are glacé cherries, macerated in spirits, covered in marzipan, and dunked in chocolate and icing sugar. |
